AstraEye Labs - Data Sources and Attributions

Effective date: August 8, 2026

1. Purpose

AstraEye Labs uses licensed, public, user-connected, and internally derived data to provide informational research and analytics. This notice identifies material data sources, provides contractually required attribution, and explains general limitations. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the Risk and AI Disclosure.

This notice is not a representation that every source supplies every feature or that a listed source will remain available. Sources, coverage, and entitlements may change. A source's inclusion does not mean that it sponsors, endorses, or has reviewed AstraEye Labs or any AstraEye Labs output.

2. Licensed Market and Research Data

Tiingo

Tiingo supplies certain U.S. equity pricing, volume, quote, historical, and related market data. Availability, market coverage, adjustment methodology, and delay vary by dataset and entitlement. Users must not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit the underlying data except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service and the applicable license.

Financial Modeling Prep

Financial Modeling Prep, operated by Utradea Inc., supplies certain financial information that may include earnings-call transcripts, analyst estimates and recommendations, market news, press releases, and related reference data. AstraEye Labs may display licensed information and provide authorized summaries, analytics, and other derived research. Users do not receive access to Financial Modeling Prep's API, credentials, or bulk underlying dataset. Select AI-generated summaries derived from this data - never the underlying data itself - may also appear on a public page that does not require an account, for informational and promotional purposes. The provider-specific restrictions in the Terms of Service apply.

CoinGecko

CoinGecko supplies certain cryptocurrency pricing, market, and fundamentals data, which may include spot and historical prices, trading volume, market capitalization, supply figures, derivatives metrics, and related reference data. AstraEye Labs may display licensed information and provide authorized summaries, analytics, and other derived research. Users do not receive access to CoinGecko's API, credentials, or bulk underlying dataset. The provider-specific restrictions in the Terms of Service apply.

AstraEye Labs may display licensed information and provide authorized summaries, analytics, and other derived research. Bitquery

Bitquery supplies certain on-chain blockchain data, which may include exchange flows and token-holder distribution across EVM and Solana networks. AstraEye Labs may display authorized summaries, analytics, and other derived research. Users do not receive access to Bitquery's API, credentials, or bulk underlying dataset.

CoinAPI

CoinAPI supplies certain cryptocurrency options and order-book market data. AstraEye Labs may display only its own derived research and does not redistribute raw CoinAPI data or share downloadable datasets. The provider-specific restrictions in the Terms of Service apply.

Alchemy

Alchemy provides access to public on-chain blockchain data, which may include account balances, token-holder information, Bitcoin network data, and events emitted by independently verified governance contracts. The underlying blockchain data is public; AstraEye Labs provides derived analytics computed from it.

3. Government, Regulatory, Issuer, and Public Sources

AstraEye Labs may use public or licensed information from government agencies, regulators, central banks, issuers, exchanges, blockchain networks, and other public sources. Public availability does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or unrestricted downstream use. Source materials remain subject to applicable law, source terms, and third-party rights.

Named public sources include:

  • SEC EDGAR - U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings (for example, insider Form 4 reports, institutional 13F holdings, and issuer fundamentals). Public-domain U.S. government records.
  • FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis - public-domain U.S. government macroeconomic series (for example, the federal funds rate, Treasury yields, CPI, core PCE, and the broad U.S. dollar index), used with attribution ("Source: FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis"). We use only public-domain government series. We do not use the copyright-noticed third-party series that FRED also redistributes (for example, ICE BofA credit-spread indices or Cboe volatility indices); where a volatility measure is shown, it is computed by AstraEye Labs from separately licensed options data rather than taken from those indices.

Wikipedia (index membership and sector classification)

Certain index-membership references (for example, S&P 500 and Dow Jones constituent lists), and the sector and sub-industry labels published alongside those constituent lists, are derived in part from Wikipedia. That material is used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), with attribution to Wikipedia contributors; adaptations of the licensed material are made available under the same license.

Sector and sub-industry labels are shown only for companies in that constituent list. Other securities carry no sector label, and no company carries the finer industry-group or industry levels, because we do not license a classification dataset that provides them.

4. Connected Accounts and User-Directed Sources

When a user connects a brokerage, exchange, wallet, or other account, AstraEye Labs receives authorized read-only holdings, balances, transactions, or related account data from the selected connection provider or institution. These account connections may be facilitated by Plaid, which securely links the institution the user selects. These are user-directed account connections, not market-data endorsements. The Privacy Policy explains the personal-information processing involved.

5. Derived and AI-Generated Information

AstraEye Labs may normalize, combine, calculate, summarize, or otherwise derive information from source data. A derived value or AI-generated output is not the original source, may contain additional errors, and may use assumptions or methodologies that differ from a provider, issuer, exchange, broker, or other primary source. Important information should be independently verified.

6. Delays, Corrections, and Availability

Data may be real-time, delayed, end-of-day, periodic, estimated, adjusted, corrected, or unavailable depending on the source, market, feature, entitlement, and time of access. Display labels in the product, when present, control over any general description in this notice. AstraEye Labs may correct, remove, replace, or discontinue data or related features when a source changes, a license ends, or continued display is no longer permitted.
