AstraEye Labs - Risk and AI Disclosure
Effective date: August 13, 2026
This disclosure covers both the general risks of using AstraEye Labs and the specific characteristics and limitations of its AI-generated content.
1. Market Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Crypto assets, U.S. equities, ETFs, options, derivatives, and other financial instruments may lose value rapidly, may become illiquid, and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
Markets can move faster than software, data feeds, models, dashboards, alerts, or users can react.
2. Research Is Informational Only
AstraEye Labs provides AI-generated research, findings, summaries, watch items, alerts, and SAGE explanations for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in AstraEye Labs is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, an offer, an instruction, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.
Research about an asset may vary based on timing, available data, selected templates, requested analyses, user questions, and AI model behavior. AstraEye Labs does not represent its research output as a determination that an asset, strategy, or transaction is suitable or appropriate for you. Asset-level research is provided as impersonal research, not as an individualized transaction recommendation.
Portfolio dashboards and descriptive metrics necessarily reflect the holdings and other data you provide, including preferences and risk-limit settings. That data may be used to apply filters or thresholds, calculate descriptive metrics, select or present research, and respond in context. SAGE may answer questions using that data, your prior research artifacts, and the context of your questions. This contextualization does not assess suitability or turn the output into a transaction recommendation.
3. No Fiduciary Relationship
AstraEye Labs is not your fiduciary, broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or agent. Using AstraEye Labs does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or trust relationship, and AstraEye Labs owes you no fiduciary duty.
AstraEye Labs does not act on your behalf and does not manage, direct, or supervise your accounts, funds, or assets. AstraEye Labs does not assess whether any asset, strategy, or transaction is suitable for your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
4. AI and Model Risk
AI systems can be wrong. They may produce incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, overconfident, or misleading outputs. They may misunderstand user data, market conditions, research artifacts, or third-party data.
Confidence labels, scores, rankings, summaries, and explanations are not guarantees. Past performance, backtests, simulated or hypothetical results, and prior research outcomes do not guarantee or predict future results.
5. Data Risk
AstraEye Labs depends on user-provided data, imported CSV files, connected accounts, market-data providers, broker/exchange APIs, AI model providers, and internal synchronization jobs.
Data may be missing, stale, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, misclassified, provider-limited, or unavailable. Cost basis, holdings, transactions, options data, filings, news, macro data, liquidity data, and prices should be verified before making financial decisions.
Crypto account and wallet information may also be affected by exchange API limitations, blockchain reorganizations, forks, bridges, internal transfers, unsupported assets or networks, staking or liquidity-pool activity, airdrops, wrapped assets, smart-contract activity, spam tokens, and incomplete wallet- address coverage. These conditions can prevent AstraEye Labs from reliably determining ownership, acquisition date, cost basis, tax treatment, or the relationship between transactions. Verify material information against your exchange, wallet, blockchain, and qualified tax records.
Third-party licenses, exchange rules, upstream-source restrictions, outages, rate limits, methodology changes, or corrections may change the availability, coverage, timing, history, or permitted use of data and derived research. We may remove, replace, redact, or discontinue affected current or historical content without advance notice when required by law, contract, or a provider. Provider identification or attribution does not mean that the provider endorses AstraEye Labs or warrants our research.
6. Crypto-Specific Risk
Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may involve protocol failures, exchange failures, custody failures, wallet/key loss, smart-contract risk, stablecoin depegs, liquidity shocks, regulatory changes, forks, hacks, manipulation, and extreme price movement.
Spot crypto markets may trade continuously and may move materially outside traditional market hours.
The legal classification of a crypto asset depends on its characteristics and the transaction in which it is used. A crypto asset may be treated as a digital commodity, security, stablecoin, digital tool, digital collectible, or another type of asset under applicable law, and its classification or regulatory treatment may change. Different regulators may have jurisdiction over different assets, products, transactions, or market conduct. Crypto markets may be subject to different or less developed protections than U.S. securities markets, and AstraEye Labs' crypto content is general research, not a recommendation to transact.
7. Equity, Options, Margin, and Leverage Risk
Equity and ETF prices may move because of earnings, filings, guidance, corporate actions, liquidity, interest rates, macroeconomic events, index flows, market structure, and issuer-specific risks.
Options and derivatives can lose value rapidly and may expire worthless. Options analysis may be based on delayed, incomplete, or provider-limited market data.
Margin and leverage amplify both gains and losses; leveraged and margin positions can lose more than the amount originally invested and may be subject to forced liquidation by your broker or exchange. You are responsible for understanding the leverage, margin, and liquidation terms of your own accounts.
8. No Insurance and No Guarantee
AstraEye Labs is neither a bank nor a broker-dealer. Your AstraEye Labs account, the platform, and its research services are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured or SIPC protected, and are not insured or guaranteed by a bank or government agency. Stocks, securities, crypto assets, and other investments are not FDIC-insured deposits. Deposit insurance under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1811 et seq., protects eligible deposits at an insured bank if that bank fails; it does not protect investments or market losses.
SIPC protection under the Securities Investor Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78aaa et seq., may protect certain missing customer cash or securities when a SIPC-member broker-dealer fails, subject to statutory limits and exclusions. It does not protect against a decline in investment value. Any protection associated with your own brokerage or bank account is governed by that institution's status and terms and does not extend to AstraEye Labs.
AstraEye Labs does not guarantee any profit, return, accuracy, or outcome. You can lose money, including your entire investment.
9. Tax Consequences
Buying, selling, converting, and holding securities and crypto assets can have tax consequences that vary by jurisdiction and by your individual situation. Any tax figures, cost-basis estimates, gain/loss calculations, or reports produced by AstraEye Labs are informational only and are not tax advice or a tax filing. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and should consult a qualified tax professional.
10. No Public Live Execution
The public AstraEye Labs platform does not prepare, approve, execute, or route orders; custody assets; move funds; or control brokerage or exchange accounts. Public production builds do not contain an order-placement path that a user or administrator can enable.
Any future transaction product would require separate development, legal and regulatory review, security and operational controls, terms, eligibility requirements, disclosures, and consent.
11. User Responsibility
Users should independently evaluate all research, consult qualified professionals where appropriate, and verify important facts through primary sources such as brokers, exchanges, issuer filings, and market-data providers.
Users should not rely on AstraEye Labs as their only source of market monitoring, portfolio monitoring, risk management, tax planning, or investment research.
12. AI-Generated Outputs
AstraEye Labs uses AI models and deterministic software systems to generate research artifacts, scientist findings, beacons (where enabled), final summaries, findings briefs, SAGE answers, support triage, and voice-enabled research Q&A where available.
AI-generated content is informational only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, an instruction, or a guarantee.
13. Human Responsibility and No Automated Decisions
Users remain responsible for evaluating AI outputs and making their own decisions. AstraEye Labs does not determine suitability, manage money, custody assets, route orders, or execute trades for public users.
AstraEye Labs does not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. AI outputs are decision-support information for you to evaluate; you make every financial decision yourself.
14. AI Limitations and No Warranty
AI systems may:
- Produce incorrect, stale, incomplete, misleading, or internally inconsistent outputs (including "hallucinated" facts, figures, or citations).
- Omit important context or overemphasize less important context.
- Misread charts, filings, transactions, holdings, or market data.
- Fail to identify unusual risks, data gaps, provider limits, or changed market conditions.
- Use language that sounds confident even when uncertainty is high.
- Reflect biases or limitations present in their training data.
AI outputs are provided without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users should verify important information before relying on it.
15. Data Used by AI and Model Providers
AI prompts may include research context such as assets, holdings, watchlists, transactions, imported broker data, exchange balances, market data, filings, news, macro data, prior research artifacts, beacons (where enabled), feedback, and user questions.
AI inference is performed by third-party model providers - currently Anthropic and OpenAI - under their commercial API terms. Under their standard API terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train their general models by default unless the customer affirmatively opts in. AstraEye does not opt in to provider training and does not use your personal or portfolio data to train or fine-tune AstraEye or third-party AI models. Under standard API retention, the providers may retain inputs, outputs, and related abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days, with limited longer retention for usage-policy enforcement, abuse investigation, support, or legal compliance. A different period applies if an eligible zero-data-retention arrangement has been obtained and enabled.
Some prompts may contain licensed market or research data, including transcript excerpts, analyst-estimate information, market news, or compact context derived from those materials. When a license requires transient processing, AstraEye Labs permits only inference under controls that prohibit the model provider from retaining the restricted data or using it for model training. If those controls are not available for a model, endpoint, or feature, the restricted data must be excluded from the prompt. Users receive only an authorized display or an AI-generated summary, insight, or derived analysis through the authenticated AstraEye Labs platform; users do not receive provider API access or a bulk underlying dataset.
AI prompts should not include passwords, password hashes, raw session tokens, API secrets, withdrawal credentials, full payment-card data, or unnecessary personal information. AstraEye Labs may redact, summarize, or compact context before sending it to AI providers. For spoken SAGE replies, OpenAI receives the already-generated compliant reply text and speech instructions, not a recording of your voice. AstraEye stores the resulting audio for the feature-specific period described in the Privacy Policy.
AI prompts should not include full self-custody wallet addresses, account xpubs, derived addresses, encrypted wallet-identifier values, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet private keys. Recognized asset symbols, quantities, approximate values, source labels, and abbreviated addresses may be included as bounded portfolio context.
Your use of AI features is also subject to the model providers' usage policies, including Anthropic's Usage Policy and OpenAI's Usage Policies. You agree not to use AI features in any manner those policies prohibit. Consistent with those providers' terms, factual assertions in AI outputs may be false, incomplete, or misleading and should not be relied upon without independently verifying their accuracy.
16. SAGE
SAGE is AstraEye Labs' AI communication and explanation interface. SAGE can explain research results, answer follow-up questions, help users understand the product, and create support cases. SAGE is not a human adviser and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
SAGE may use different modes:
- FAQ/help answers may come from approved database-backed content without an AI model call.
- Research-results Q&A may use paid research context and may consume Astra Credits.
- Voice/TTS features may generate audio from AI-written text where enabled.
17. Cost and Usage
AI calls consume compute and may consume Astra Credits depending on the feature. The product should show estimated costs where practical and enforce usage limits before paid AI work begins.
18. Quality Monitoring
AstraEye Labs may log model usage, costs, latency, errors, safety filters, research outcomes, user feedback, and support signals to improve reliability, debug issues, enforce limits, and calibrate research quality.
19. Acknowledgment
By creating an account and using AstraEye Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk and AI Disclosure; that AstraEye Labs provides informational research software only and is not your fiduciary or adviser; that its research and other outputs, including AI-generated content, are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate; that markets carry risk including possible total loss of capital; that using AstraEye Labs carries no FDIC insurance or SIPC protection and market losses are not protected; that any coverage associated with your own financial account is governed by the relevant institution's status and terms; and that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp.
