AstraEye Labs

SMS Security Code Terms

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These terms govern the optional AstraEye Labs Security Codes messaging program operated by AstraEye Labs LLC.

Program and consent

AstraEye uses SMS only for one-time passcodes and account-verification codes. We do not send marketing, promotional, investment, trading, or research messages by SMS.

You may opt in from your AstraEye account settings by entering your mobile number and selecting the separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of registration, purchase, or use of AstraEye. You can use a passkey or authenticator app instead.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on security actions you initiate, such as verifying a number or requesting a login code. AstraEye rate-limits verification-code requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

STOP, HELP, and re-enrollment

Reply STOP to any AstraEye security-code message to opt out. After opting out, you will not receive further AstraEye SMS messages. Opt-out is handled by our messaging carrier, so to start receiving codes again you must reply UNSTOP from the same number, or contact support. Re-enabling SMS in AstraEye settings alone does not resume delivery while a carrier-level opt-out is in place. You can always sign in with a passkey or authenticator app instead.

Reply HELP for assistance, email support@astraeyelabs.io, or visit our public contact page. Registered users may also use the authenticated support center.

Privacy

AstraEye records the time, version, and source of SMS consent. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or independent messaging programs. They are disclosed only to service providers acting for AstraEye as needed to deliver and secure the requested messages, or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

Sample messages

AstraEye sends a single message format, used for sign-in verification, phone-number verification, and account recovery. Only the code changes:

  • AstraEye Labs: 123456 is your security code. Expires 5 min. Do not share. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Replying HELP or STOP returns a short confirmation identifying AstraEye Labs and, for STOP, confirming that no further messages will be sent.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and filtering.

These SMS terms supplement the AstraEye Terms of Service.
